Caroline Wynn-Davies, National Business Engagement Manager

Caroline joined Business in the Community in October 2007 and has recently been promoted to National Business Engagement Manager following 1 ½ years as the Workplace & Skills Account Manager for Yorkshire & Humber and the North East. She has had a varied career within a variety of public and private sector organisations.

Caroline held management positions in telecommunications, travel and banking before changing her career direction into the Further Education sector. Alongside teaching ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) she also managed an outreach ESOL Centre in the heart of Derby for 3 years.

ESOL is a subject close to Caroline’s heart as she taught the subject for 4 years, and has a wealth of experience within the Skills for Life arena.
