In doing so, it uncovers, working away in the skills system somewhere are: • 4 planning and funding bodies • 4 regulatory/inspection agencies • 5 Government depts • 9 bodies supporting or representing providers • 10 support agencies • 12 strategic bodies • 16 separate support mechanisms.
